What level of supervision will my loved one receive?

Your loved one will be supervised as outlined in our program manual by our qualified and caring staff. The level of supervision our clients receive is in direct correlation to the level of severity of their behavioral issues and as required by applicable laws and regulations.

What are the qualifications of the staff caring for my loved one?

We conduct background checks on all employees prior to hiring to ensure that we hire quality individuals and in compliance with all state regulations. At least one staff member who is First Aid and CPR certified will be available to your loved one at all times. Our staff also receives ongoing training to enhance our quality of care.

What happens if there is an emergency?

We have established best practices and risk management procedures which include emergency preparedness training and response. Should there be an emergency situation, the individual’s emergency contact will be notified by someone within our organization with as much detail as possible, as soon as possible. Your loved one’s safety is our number one priority, and we will do everything it takes to keep our clients out of harm’s way.

What is your success rate?

Your loved one’s success is dependent on many factors, the most important being the level at which you and your family choose to participate throughout the therapeutic process and the client’s willingness to make positive changes. We have voluntarily participated in independent research studies to determine outcome success rates and behaviors.

How much will treatment cost?

Wellness Center of Palm Beach programs are accepted by most insurance companies. Please contact our admission department at (561)-557-9298 to find out your detailed plan and coverage.

Addiction rehabilitation is a highly personal experience, and the costs associated with treatment depend upon a number of factors, including (but not necessarily limited to) the specific nature of your problem being treated, the amount of time you will need to remain in treatment, and the presence of any co-occurring disorders.

Our intake advisers will be happy to work with you to develop an accurate picture of what your treatment will cost.

How long will I need to be in treatment?

Every client’s time with Wellness Center of Palm Beach depends upon his or her unique needs and circumstances. Our clinical team will create a personalized treatment plan that adapts to the client’s pace and ensures that every individual receives no more and no less treatment than necessary.

Will my family be involved in my treatment?

We certainly hope they will, and we strongly encourage their participation. Substance abuse impacts the entire family –  we believe it is essential to include the family and significant others in the recovery process.

Family members have the opportunity to participate in family therapy sessions and support calls with other families who have a loved one in treatment.

Do you offer a continuing care program?

Yes, we do. We understand that getting sober is just the beginning of the recovery process. The staff works closely with clients, their families and referral sources to create a detailed discharge and aftercare plan, which includes helping clients develop a support system and identifying appropriate continuing care programs and support groups in their home communities.
